Full day interview with various people from the vertical which the position was in. The process itself was extremely streamlined. Although I met with about 7 different people which took the entire day, it went by very fast. I wouldn't even describe it even as an "interview" per se, but more along the lines of having conversations with people on teams the position would be working with and talking through some of the challenges they're currently facing. Most of the people I met with ran out of time before we got to finish our conversations, which made the interviews a lot more engaging and fun.
