I applied through a temp agency. The interview was pretty laid back. It was not a difficult interview. I was interviewed by the owner of the company. I think the HR person was there also. There was only 1 inappropriate question asked, if I had children.

There were really no difficult questions, i was just a bit surprised when he asked if I had children. The owners are from Toronto, so I figured maybe things are done differently up there. I did answer him, although I knew I didn't have to and he isn't really allowed to ask.
