Filled out a paper application then had to fill out a safety quiz to qualify. After I passed that they did an interview background and MVR check. They asked about 12 questions to see what type of answers I would give. All in all took about 2 weeks before they tested me to drive. I had driving experience prior to working there so I was a quick train. They were very professional and did not cut corners.

Interview is a process, takes time to finish the whole process, besides take tests, going for physicals test and drug test and then wait until training time is available. Its about a whole month process to even start the job.

All applicants are almost guaranteed to get hired if you qualify. Disqualifiers include certain criminal arrests/convictions and driving history that consists of serious driving violations, multiple minor violations, or accidents. Lots of employees have left for other employment opportunities but eventually come back (the grass is not always greener....).
