I had a first interview with the main product designer. Just a screening call of about 30 minutes. Then I went on and sent some of my best work for them to review. After that, I had to present a case study, and I did that remotely. I then was offered to meet them at their workplace. And so I went and had a whiteboard exercise that lasted about one hour. After that whiteboard exercise, I was offered to come on site for one full day to be the subject of an exercise. In the evening I had to present my work and they would decide if I was fit or not.
