I went to a general interview in a hotel lobby and I was asked questions a few questions. Then i was called back for a second in person interview. When I got there I realized it was a 3 person interview for me (me and 2 other people applying). After that they called me to go in for orientation to fill out paperwork.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
