I applied for three separate positions, and the interview process changed each time, but there was a common 15-minute second-round interview where they asked a few deeper questions about you. The first round was either an online app or a quick 5-minute interview with basic info. They will sometimes advertise on the area's dutch bros instagram account if they're hiring.

Who's your best friend, and how would they describe you?
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.

There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
