Very simple process. Asks you a ton about yourself and in a very easy-going manner. You sit down with the regional manager, stand manager, and another broista. Questions were simple and to the point regarding your hobbies and why you chose to work at Dutch Bros.

Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values

Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
