The interview was not intimidating at all, it was calm and easy going. Felt more like a conversation, rather than an actual interview for a job position. Since, we already work together, it is an easier interview and more relaxed.

Over zoom with a group very easy. They asked very casual questions to see if you have the right friendly personality for the job. They then ended that first interview and I have a second group zoom that I got the job.

The interview process was very easy. My operator reached out and scheduled my interview over the phone and asked a couple of scenario questions. I heard back within the week. They are usually pretty good about giving you a date to hear back by and sticking to it.
