Phone screening interview and then brought me into their distributor headquarters. I'm a woman so they let me know early on in the interview that they were required by HR to interview me to meet a quota.

Asked about my weekly work schedule as a Sales Rep. for my current company.
Focus on their values: quality, entrepreneurship, passion, integrity and sustainability. If you can link things back to this or have these in mind with answers at some point it goes well. The key is they want hard workers. If you know anyone who works there it is easier to get an interview. Use your network, it’s an approachable company, not very corporate.
