Not rocket science, they look for a great selling voice. You pitch and memorize a sales line until they come back in and hear you out. You will know if you get the job or not, they make it extremely clear, you get to see selling in action as well.

Applied online. Was reached out to for a phone screening. I then scheduled an in person interview at the office in Miami Gardens. I was told about when the next training class begins during the interview.
