That was the most horrible interview I have ever attended. The CEO came in from another meeting late and I could hear him yelling in that meeting, so I already felt uncomfortable. I figured that maybe something went wrong in that meeting. Nope, he is just an angry yelling kind of jerk. He then proceeded to talk about himself and only asked me questions in an insulting manner. The entire thing was horrible. Also they made it clear that they cannot offer competitive salaries. I asked them if they use the AIA Salary Calculator and they just laughed at me and said, "absolutely not." So..... dont take a job here, they made it very clear that they expected a 40+ hour work week, at below market value and the owner is a complete and total sexist jerk.
