Extremely disappointing interview experience. I had a one-hour onsite with the CTO, and it was unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish. The interview questions lacked substance, were random, and often vague. The interviewer displayed a poor attitude, asked inappropriate personal questions, and repeatedly tried to belittle my educational background and field of study.

Colloquio
The interview consisted of a 1-hour on-site meeting with the company's CTO. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of professional expectations. The interviewer showed little respect for my time or qualifications, frequently asking questions that had minimal relevance to the posted job description. Rather than focusing on assessing skills that would be necessary for the role, the conversation often veered into topics that seemed designed to undermine my confidence or diminish my abilities.
Someone from recruitment/HR reached out via phone call.since in india, recruiters directly reach out to you via messaging or on your phone,I wasn't surprised.
HR starts conversation by saying if you don't agree to relocate we won't proceed further.I am okay with proceeding and i agree to relocate as it's not an issue for me.
Next instead of asking me about my profile he starts badgering me why i haven't mentioned i am working contract role and lying about working full time.At time of joining NRC,I was told this is a full time role for 2 years ,so i am like okay and i didn't pay attention.I tried explaining it ,but HR became agressive .In the end,the call ended and i never heard from dynamasoft ever again.Which is good, because after looking at the reviews seems like they don't like paying their employees on time and are running a sweat shop factory

why did you lie that you are working full time when you are working as a contract.
