I was called for a 10 minute phone interview with the HR Coordinator. Received an email from the HR Coordinator the next day to schedule an in-person interview. An In-person interview was scheduled for 5 days later. The In-person interview was with an interview panel of 4 people. The interview with the panel lasted 2 hours. I was told that they wanted to fill the position quickly and that I would hear back from them very soon. I never received an email, call or anything back from them.

Informal discussions over coffee and face to face which helps when you are older as people tend to judge. My boss didnt do that. he was honest and friendly- something else that diesn't happen
