It was a quite fast process. The first screening has been done by the HR department. After that, they arranged an interview in person with the hiring manager. The rest of the recruiting process has been managed by the HR department.

Colloquio
Standard interview, questions about educational background, skills relevant to the job etc. The whole thing took about an hour and the style was very laid back and relaxed. I met only with the Team Leader (after the recruitment agency) as the role was for a part-time, semi-permanent temp. Interviewer was prompt and friendly.
