      Colloquio

      Three interviews two via phone one via zoom. Asked questions based on the Star method. Felt like it was very stuff and not personable. Didn’t seem interest in how a non tech space customer success manager could cross over into a tech space.

      La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. 

      Colloquio

      The interview process for Dynatrace was unnecessarily complex and unprofessional. The initial screening involved three separate interviews, followed by a time-consuming assignment that required extensive technical support. Moreover, communication with the HR department was consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite repeated requests, they failed to provide timely or effective solutions to technical issues, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. The panel interview was excessively challenging for the position and salary offered, further highlighting the company's disconnect with industry standards. Despite promises of prompt feedback, they provided a response only after two weeks, a delay that was only addressed after repeated inquiries. Overall, the Dynatrace interview process was a deeply disappointing experience that demonstrated a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort.
