The interview process consisted of five rounds of face-to-face interviews, followed by a take-home assignment and a final presentation of findings to the hiring manager and a panel of analysts. After this, I was given a verbal offer, but no formal offer was ever issued even after waiting two months.
Communication from HR was inconsistent throughout the process and became especially poor after the verbal offer stage. Responses were slow, updates were unclear, and eventually all communication stopped without any formal closure.
At times, interactions with HR were also unprofessional in tone. Overall, the process felt disorganised and poorly managed after the final stages.
While I was genuinely interested in the role and company, the lack of transparency, follow-through, and basic candidate respect made this a very disappointing experience.
