I was referred to the company by an outside Recruitment Specialist. After a phone interview with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager, I was invited to an on-site interview. I had an interview with the hiring manager, during which he provided information about the company and the job. Afterwards, he gave me a tour of the company. He was very cordial and professional.
