A relatively informal interview with two members of staff, followed by a test. As I left I said goodbye, we shook hands and they said to expect a call early the following week. But they didn't call. Eventually, after two ignored emails I applied for another job (unrelated) with them to find out what was going on, and received a generic, cut and paste reply to say they had 'considered my application' (no mention of the interview) and I was unfortunately 'not a good fit at this time'. Suffice to say my bemused reply, asking if I could at least have some feedback on how I had done (I wasn't given any at all, so have no idea why I wasn't 'a good fit at this time') was also ignored. I've never dealt with an employer as unprofessional as E-Direct Link, and hope I never do again.
