After a brief phone interview describing the position, I was brought in for an in-person interview. I sat down at a conference table with the director and current Account development representative. They asked me various traditional interview questions, like 'why do you want to work for our company?', and explained the position further. I was then given a tour of the office and a brief demonstration/ explanation of how their system works. Overall they were very nice and treated me like a person, not just another job candidate. Have not yet heard back from them.
