BEWARE! I had an interview with the hiring manager and the EVP. The EVP was really rude and aggressive in every single comment he made. I was quite confused why he was doing that. Apparently, it's a lie detecting tactic. Right after the interview, I emailed HR to withdraw my application. I am not sure why organisations think that respect and dignity for other people is a privilege as opposed to a right.....
Its unfortunate because I know I could have done the job quite well.

What are the biases you might encounter during a customer focus group/interview?
