assessment centre which lasted around 2-3 hours, had to go through various activities which included mostly group activities, then 11:1 interview that took 45 minutes with an E.ON manager. questions at the beginning were about what I knew about E.ON and why I would like to work there and the rest of the questions were comptency based questions
