It was discovery day on how the organisation is run. Also, the interview within the discovery day was good and they asked questions about how would you do in this type of scenario.

The interview process consisted of a group interview where asked to do activities as a team combined with an individual interview to discuss background as well as strengths and weaknesses.

Straight forward, fun and I enjoyed it we had to do a team activity and then we were interviews individually outside one by one all in all very easy! Wouldn’t have wanted it to be any better no improvements needed here!

I went through 3 different stages, video questions, in person group interview and person & a final interview. It was quite informal and friendly so I was made to feel comfortable
