Simple and friendly, just a conversation with two team leaders. They used questions based on their values and seemed interested in getting to know me. There was also a collaborative group task.

The interview process consisted of a group interview where asked to do activities as a team combined with an individual interview to discuss background as well as strengths and weaknesses.

Straight forward, fun and I enjoyed it we had to do a team activity and then we were interviews individually outside one by one all in all very easy! Wouldn’t have wanted it to be any better no improvements needed here!

I went through 3 different stages, video questions, in person group interview and person & a final interview. It was quite informal and friendly so I was made to feel comfortable
