They contacted me for the first time two months after the application deadline. Once the process started it was very straightforward, with two interviews in quick succession. Before the second interview I had to do a written exercise.

First interview with a team, then timed task and final round with management. Good atmosphere in the interview, I felt they were open and considerate. Very friendly and transparent process, good feedback afterwards.

Friendly enough panel and no tricky questions, if you know climate policy basics. Overall, a positive experience. I did not make it to the second round and there was no substantive feedback given.
