I applied online and heard back within the week. I had a short phone interview shortly after. The recruiter was very friendly and interested in my answers. The questions were very straightforward and focused on your experience. There were no behavioral or case questions. I was not invited to move forward.

Reasonable process, I felt as though as steps were appropriate and effectively measured my qualifications. Some interviews were back to back which was a bit exhausting, but overall a good experience.

Tell us about a project that did not go as planned. How did you respond to any failures and what did you take away for future projects?
Interviewer did not call at our scheduled time. No email or follow up on why. It seems that they had filled the position but failed to cancel our interview slot.

The initial interview was easy, however I was told I would be contacted in a week on my application. Instead of reaching out to say that I was denied I have been completely ghosted by the company. I interviewed about three weeks ago I understand that they may have decided to not move forward with my application but to simply leave me hanging is just unprofessional.
