The interview process was extensive but nothing out of the ordinary. There were two phone screenings, first with a recruiter and the next with the hiring manager. Then I was invited into the office for a series of in person interviews (four people total, all one-on-one). Everyone was professional, very informative, and seemed interested in me. The main positive was that the recruiters were very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. The main negative was that the process took forever, from the date of my first phone screening to the date I received the "no offer" email was about 2 months.

3 rounds - (Recruiter, generic test , assignment) - just to get the hiring manager to explain WHAT the position was actually all about, and what skills were required :( The recruiter was not able to address any of my role related questions at the outset.
