I found the interview process to be thorough, educational, challenging but not overbearing an psychological / behavioral analysis. My one critique was an offer was alluded, but the decision deadline kept being pushed back for a period of over 5 weeks for a vague reason. I found the expectations were unreasonable given other interview processes, and candidates clearly needing to make a critical time sensitive decision. They were transparent and responsive.
