Applied around 10 months ago. 2 months later, got a rejection email. 3 months later, got an email saying 'we would like to consider all applicants again, please indicate interest in continuing'. Indicated interest. 2 months later, got invited to an assessment center. At this point, we are 3 months ago. Did the assessment center. t+10 months: Just got another rejection email, and the position is advertised again. Not sure whether this is an actual position, or if the team is just trying to gain market information. Probably the latter.
