There are 3 interview process:
The first one is programming and psychological tests.
The second one is with User & HR interview by presenting your recent works.
The third one is salary negotiation with the HR

2. Presentation your latest program with the leader and some Q and A about program .
3. Offering and negotiation with HR and leader and when you will start working.
