Phone interview with the Director for 45 mins. Seemed super excited and wanted to have me go through the interview process ASAP. Virtually met Director of Engineering and an internal Sr. Recruiter for 45 mins each. Waited to hear back from the director for 3 weeks. Didn't respond to emails. Finally after a month she got back saying she was too busy with other things!! No feedback what so ever!! I find it ironic that Recruitment managers ask for Candidate experience during the interview but completely ignore when it comes to them!
