The interview process consisted of four stages: an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, an online assessment, and a final in-person interview.
I completed the assessment and followed up for an update. The recruiter mentioned I would receive a response by the next day, but unfortunately, no further communication came through. It’s disappointing, especially given how promising the company seemed—both in terms of its culture and the meaningful work it does.
I assume the hiring team may have been overwhelmed with applications and interviews, and probably prioritised communications with successful candidates - if the budget still allowed for the role to be open. I genuinely hope the recruiting team receives the support they need to deliver a positive candidate experience for everyone, regardless of the outcome.
