I got emailed back about my application a week after I applied. First there's a phone screening where the recruiter asks you to tell you about yourself if you're willing to do what the job description says. The recruiter also schedules you for the next interview (They will ask the best days for you to come into the office). The main interview was on a Thursday and It was an hour and 30 minutes. 30 minutes for the behavioral with one person that works there and an hour for the technical with two who work in IT. They will ask If you know some IT concepts and they will also role play with you situations where you have to solve issues over the phone. The next evening Friday I got an email saying to wait for the next steps. Then I got a phone call saying I got an offer the next Tuesday. They emailed me the offer two days after on that Thursday.

It's an awful feeling when you receive an interesting opportunity, do your research and find out that all the negative reviews and warning reviews were telling the truth. In this day and age thanks to open and anonymous reviews it's getting harder to get away with unethical behavior but some choose to die in their ivory towers and then attempt to hot potato to another company with a false resume and fake persona, I gathered this after researching company member profiles. This is a fraction of the people who work at this company followed by those who get in and out for experience and followed by those who are easily manipulated. Due to my previous career path I'm adept at spotting deceptive and unhealthy behavior and it was apparent right away when I was supposed to meet with 3 entirely different people for the interview but instead meet with "hiring managers" not even from the area I would be working in and it was like midnight or 1am for them, that just gives you a picture of how they treat their managers in this company. The interview itself was fairly standard even with a last second reschedule that ended up degrading the interview due to lack of time until I asked both interviewers what got them into the field and man, whenever someone immediately ignores your question and deflects to something else that is just unacceptable and a black flag to me, how the hell could I ever trust I'm not being fired the next day if I can't get to know the people I'm working with a little bit, even if I had received an offer I would have declined not only because of that/other odd behaviors but my recruiter also showed the same deceptive behaviors and nervousness when I spoke with him, the desperation in voice to sell the position even when I gave intentionally poor answers when I picked up on it was a solid confirmation. These are the types of people that have sold their souls and don't look back until depression levels them at a later age, get in and get out or move on to a different company altogether, mental health is real and these people don't believe in it.
