Even though this position has been posted 5 times in 2 years. I decided to give it a try. I applied online and received a call about 2 weeks later. I was asked to come in complete a logic test. After completing the logic test, i met with a director who gave me a short interview. She advised that i would receive an email to complete a personality test and i was also to complete a work sample. The sample consisted of creating a resume using a mock student. I was given the basic infomation about the student and their experience. I completed the personality test and the work sample in a timely manner. I never heard back from them again. About a month later, i saw the job posted again.

Contacted by recruiter, interviewed with current director via phone, had an in person interview with president and then an interview via phone with university director of career services. He set me up with an online personality assessment test. I apparently failed it because I have never heard from anyone since. I feel they lack the professional curtesy to let me know one way or the other which is disappointing.
