After an online application, there were several psychometric assessments and then progressed to a telephone interview where I was asked questions on softer skills and my motivations in applying. Still waiting on another interview (this has been affected by COVID-19).

It was an online interview scheduled to last for a hour with 2 recruiting managers. But it only lasted 30 minute for me. I had a very positive experience talking with them.
