one hour interview with a my future boss, another senior manager from a different department and Human Resources representative. They asked questions about technical competencies and nuclear plant and safety case knowledge. thoroughly went through my CV and cover letter. asked about my previous graduate scheme placement. I was able to skip the telephone interview step as I had previously worked for the company on their graduate scheme

Overall, it was a good interview process. i found it quite challenging they asked various questions about the discipline, company and (Standard interview questions) . They push you to find the answer independently.
