Similar to other companies. Starts with submitting your CV and a cover letter. If you pass that, you are asked to complete some online assessments (mainly behavioural with some numerical tests). If you're successful, you'll be invited to conduct a video interview. You'll then be invited to an assessment centre and have a strength-based interview.

Firstly, Online assessments followed by online interview. Online assessments were numerical reasoning and verbal. The interview was fairly straight-forward, competency based questions. Took a very long time to hear back
