Online CV and cover letter. Took a month to hear back via telephone call. Brief chat with HR. Interviewed in person at Cannington Court Nr Bridgwater a month later . Interview was 12 competency based questions - nothing technical - don't swat up on nuclear. Waited 2 weeks to hear back by email with feedback
