I applied online and this was nearly immediately followed up with a phone call from the hiring manager. We arranged a phone interview in two days, and that went well, though it was quite lengthy. Then we arranged an in-person interview. I spoke with several members of the team and the VP of Product Management. I liked the openness of the culture, and appreciated immediately that the office was full of smart, friendly people. There was a positive attitude while facing a challenging, competitive marketplace, though it was great to learn that the company employed some founders of the technology that underlies all of the company's products.
