Confusing replies after applying. First they declined, next day a second email inviting to online interview. The interview was made through a software, it was more a Casting Call sort of procedure where you record yourself answering two general questions. Highly impersonal, no chance to know who you are talking to. No feedback.

The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
