Colloquio
I was an intern with EF before I joined full-time. The interview will seem a bit less "professional" and structured than you may be used to. What they look for is someone who will get along with and fit well within a team; if you've got the right balance of talent and traits (cool, chill, proactive, go with the flow), then you're in.

I applied for a Product Manager position at EF Education First. It took around four months after my application to be contacted for the first interview. The scheduling was straightforward, but after the initial phone call, communication was poor. I didn’t receive any updates, and when I followed up, I was told that the company had already decided to move forward with other candidates.
The long response time and lack of transparent communication left a negative impression. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would have appreciated clearer updates and more accountability from the recruitment team.

Thorough three stage process which allowed for a lot of questioning of the company too. Overall satisfied with the process and I felt comfortable starting in my role afterwards as it accurately prepared my expectations for what was involved in the role.

Long process, especially if you already have more than 5 years of experience. I know that it was a very important role, but I mean, come on, you can really do better than that...
