50 people, over 15 nationalities mostly Italians and Swiss and mostly women. Two (2) exhausting annoying/useless days and countless and repetitive discussions with almost everyone in that company about the same things + logical tests and invoice tests + workshops. Nobody knew nothing about the salary or the conversion rate from a trainee into a full time employee or the type of the contract. Who are those people?? NASA? Come on, get real and be serious! The job itself is easy and subjectivity is at its highest. It only takes one person in a department not to like you and you're done.
