Overall a good conversational flow, easy communication with recruiter with focus on job specs. It was light hearted, with enough room to discuss the job description but also opportunity to show that you are the right candidate for this role. It was rather a chat to see if company is the right fit and vice Versa than talking about strength and weaknesses, etc.
