online interview through zoom person conducting the interview seems to have never done interviews before. Starts the interview with 'why do you want to do this job', asks this question about 3-4 times, gives zero information about the job, then asks me if I have any questions (based on what info though?!). you can't just post a vacancy and then say 'got any questions' and that's the end of the story? on top of that said person got angry at me for being badly prepared but clearly it goes both ways. Never have I ever had an interview before with zero info about the company/job first.
