The interview process began with an initial chat with a part time member of the team. This was brief and to flesh out the info in my CV. After this, I was sent for another, longer form interview with someone higher up; then for a final interview. These two were very friendly and assessing how I’d fit into the office, who I am and assessing the relevance of my experience.

I applied for the position after seeing it advertised on LinkedIn. Within a week I had a recruiter calling to arrange an interview, which would be undertaken in the days following.
