I had a first interview with the Recruitment Leader (R.H.) from EF. We set up a 2nd offline (!) interview for the day after the next. We agreed to fix the time the next day, and he ghosted me. I emailed him, and after a few days, he wrote back that he had found another candidate. Unprofessional and disrespectful!
