Super kind recruiter. We had to pitch something we loved to three people (with plenty of time to prepare). 2 passed me, 1 wasn't convinced, so they invited me back with a different person to try one more time. It was a very transparent and encouraging experience as I was transitioning from education.

Pretty standard first phone screening. Asked the basic questions, and the interviewer seemed very personable but not very professional. I received an email to schedule a second interview. I then submitted my availability. I was then ghosted despite my three emails to clarify.
