CV and cover letter, if pass this stage then you have to submit a 500 word answer to their 'EF Case Challenge'. After this, there is a quick video interview which takes 5 minutes, if you pass this then they will invite you to a Skype interview. They then take 20 or so people to their final assessment day and ultimately take 4 or 5 from the whole of Europe for their management programme. The interviewer was very pleasant and the questions were assessing motivation and skills. I think they are generally looking for slightly older candidates (i.e. not final year undergraduates) as they want you to have a lot of leadership experience.
