I had one phone screen with the hiring manager and a full round of 5-6 in person meetings with the leadership team. Everyone I spoke with had great energy. They listened intently to what I had to say. The people at EF are authentic and they really care about the candidate experience. It is a unique place and I left the interview knowing that I had to work there.
