Time wasting, you get to meet 7 people in three rounds of interviews one by one. Very exhausting as you have to keep up the same energy and can’t miss anything. Not even discussed the package with you or mention the work requirements. I have put so much effort into preparing, spent money on flights to come in. I have been doing roles that were above their requirements. After they have rejected me for a “different candidate” they reposted job advert straight away. Possibly this is just a ghost job.
