Applied online and was asked for a face to face interview. Interview was with area manager and regional director. Lasted an hour with standard interview questions: tell us what good customer service looks like, what KPIs have you had to focus on etc.

There was no interview for this. They offered it to me acting like they were doing me a favour but actually I ended up being the one to bail them out.
